Michelle -
See that the business cards and items introduced at ABC were under the "specialty" tab.
However, I do not see any of those items on yet.
Anyone else having the same problem?

Thanks.

Hi Ashlee,

I see them on my system under "Specialty". Please refresh or log off and back on. Let me know if that does not work. Thank you!

Good afternoon Jerry and Ashlee,

I spoke with the host company. The business cards were left as something only an administrator could see by accident. The problem will be fixed first thing in the morning. Thank you for letting me know this was an issue.

Regards,
Michelle

Good afternoon. If any other dealership is having trouble with the new email signature, you are not alone! Outlook made it more difficult than copy and paste, unfortunately, but I was able to work around the formatting issues.

For those with Microsoft Outlook 2010 and newer:

To add email signature to your Outlook:

  • Highlight entire image. Right Click. “COPY”
  • In Microsoft Outlook:
  • File
  • Options
  • Mail
  • Signatures
  • Create a “new” Signature (top area)
  • Once in a new Signatures, go to the blank text area and Right Click “Paste.”
  • Make sure the new signature is there, and copied over correctly.
  • Save as Default Signature for all new messages and Replies/Forwards. (towards the right of the pop up Signature box)
  • Click “Save” and “OK.”

If you have questions, please feel free to reach out to me. I am still in the process of assisting our dealership personnel and do not mind helping others.

Good luck,

Thank you, Michelle!

Something to add is the signature does not have to be added to replies/forwards. That is simply an option. I personally do not have that selected. I have selected (none) in that field.

Regards,
Michelle
