We have started using Constant Contact for email marketing. Has anyone else used them and how were you efforts?

We have used constant contact for several promotions and events. The responses seemed positive, however we still followed up with phone calls. Overall, its a great method of contact.

We have used Constant Contact as well to send out email promotions. Since we began using email marketing earlier this year we have increased at least $110,000 in sales, $60,000 in rental as well as building customer relations. We're now contemplating the use of Constant Contact to make a newsletter, we would post small articles, safety tips, and fun things like seasonal recipes. So overall we think Constant Contact is a great method of email marketing.

Thank you all for your comments on email marketing. I'm glad each of you have found a source that works best for you and your dealership.

We still use StreamSend because it is "free" to dealers. Is Constant Contact being reviewed for dealers to have access at a lower, or included, rate for 2015? Constant Contact is far superior in customization and user-friendly features than StreamSend.

Hi Michelle,

We have looked into Constant Contact as well as Mail Chimp. StreamSend has been one of the only companies so far that allows one over arching administrator with multiple users underneath. Some of the other companies I've researched and spoken with do not allow a primary person to be in charge and load templates to all users. I would have to log in as each user to upload new templates. I have found one company that I'm still checking with but I'm afraid it's not something I would be able to launch until 2016. There is a lot of back end logistics that would take time. Please know that I am working towards a new resource though.

Thanks,
Michelle Williams

We developed a postcard that featured the SK755 with tree grapple as a great tool for tree care contractors and offered a free jobsite demo. It has lead to a dozen sales.

We have been using constant contact since 1-1-14. I wish we would have tried it earlier. In our first 2 months e-mail campaigns we increased are parts sales over $100,000.00
we do monthly product support campaigns and like David in Arizona other items of interest to our customers.
